What happens right after I pay?

You'll be directed straight to your intake form — passport details, travel dates, preferences, and budget range. Once submitted, you'll book your Strategy Call.

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally 4-6 weeks before your trip to allow time for visa processing — but reach out even if your timeline is tighter. I'll let you know what's possible.

Is $499 the final price?

$499 is my service fee — full stop. The cost of your hotel and activities is separate, and I'll help you plan that budget honestly on our call.

What if I only need part of this?
